The View from The Shard, the tallest building in Western Europe, has unveiled a programme of wellbeing events that will take place at the attraction throughout January, February and beyond. The series of events will focus on overall wellbeing covering everything from fitness classes with celebrity trainer, Matt Roberts, to sky high yoga and even the odd early morning rave spreading positivity, love, and inspiration for the day ahead.

Matt Roberts, the man behind some of the world’s most famous bodies, including Tom Ford, John Galliano and The Saturdays, will be bringing his MX intensive work out to The View from The Shard for three exclusive dates in January. A total body conditioning programme, designed to push you to your limits. Led by Matt himself, MX at The Shard is designed to raise the metabolic rate, condition the body, and burn fat through four different zones over an hour and 30 minutes.   Afterwards there will be a chance to wind down, recover, and soak up the incredible views 800ft above the city.

For those who prefer to ‘rave their way into the day’. Morning Gloryville will be returning to The View from The Shard on February 21st and then again on March 14th.  Morning Gloryville is an immersive early morning dance party, offering inspirational, energising music, fresh fruit smoothies costumed performers and mesmerising visual entertainment as well as mediation and massage.

Starting at 6.00am, it’s a unique chance to visit the viewing platform as the sun rises and the city begins to wake whilst a world-famous DJ spins the decks. The rave will make everyone love mornings again.

From January 21st, Yogasphere will be holding yoga sessions each Saturday morning until the end of February. The classes take place before the attraction opens to the public, creating a serene environment. Yogasphere’s Mandy Jhamat, and Harley Street wellbeing coach Leo Lourdes, will guide guests through a calming mind and body class, with the stunning panoramic views from the open air Skydeck on Level 72 as the backdrop.

The ever-popular silent discos will continue to happen each Saturday night from January 21st.  Pick your channel and choose your side as three DJs battle it out over separate wireless channels playing the best in pop, rock, and party classics, whilst you admire the sweeping panoramas of London at your feet. Keeping fit has never been so fun!

The View from The Shard offers the perfect escapism for everyone, there’s no better location to get a new perspective and view on life than 800ft high on top of the Capital’s urban mountain.
