German National Tourist Office hosts round table with UK travel companies

Some of the UKs biggest travel companies attended the German National Tourist Office’s Travel Trade ‘Round Table’ on Thursday, 1st December, for planning and discussions about Destination Germany 2017-2018. 

Expedia, Fred Holidays, Rail Trail, Martin Randall and Ramblers Worldwide Holidays joined the GNTO to discuss promoting own Germany products, plus the GNTOs campaign themes 2017:  the 500th Anniversary of Luther and the Reformation, the International Garden Show (IGA) in Berlin and the documenta 14 arts show in Kassel, plus general trends in the industry and impacts on travel during 2016.  Guests were also given a preview of the GNTO’s updated online training platform, which will go live in January 2017.
