Secret cocktail bar Blind Spot launches winter cocktails

Blind Spot, the late-night hidden speakeasy cocktail bar at St Martins Lane (Covent Garden), has launched its new menu featuring cocktails bursting with winter flavours to warm up the palette and draw in the festive season. 

Designed by the team at Blind Spot, the selection includes an apple laced beverage Chilli Apple Bang-Bang, in which chilli infused Ketel One adds a layer of winter warmness to the tart apple, a dash of sweetness comes from Passoã and fresh passionfruit evens out the result; and for a stiff concoction, the Blind Creek is a smooth mix of Knob Creek, Haig Club and Grand Marnier highlighted with classic winter flavours of cider, cloves and cinnamon.

In time for the new year, the Blind Spot team has also added a section of alcohol-free cocktails to the menu. Expect an array of fruity concoctions including the Elderflower Delight, a refreshing mix of apple juice, elderflower, lemon & soda, and the tropical Time to Rise made with fresh pineapple juice, lime, passionfruit syrup & cranberry juice. 

A mouth-watering menu of sweet and savoury snacks is available to pair with the cocktails, including a Mini Cubano Sandwich, Crispy Chilli Beef Sliders and Roast Pork Belly Hirata Steamed Buns.
