Global workspace provider expands Bristol network

-Regus, the global workspace provider, is set to open a fifth Bristol location early next year, in response to strong demand for flexible workspace in the area.
The 13,600 sq ft facility will be located in Redwood House on Almondsbury Business Park, a popular business location situated at the M4/M5 motorway interchange to the North of Bristol City Centre.

The site will offer a range of flexible working options for businesses and professionals including co-working space, virtual office services, meeting rooms which are bookable by the hour, and over 80 offices of varying sizes.

Richard Morris, UK CEO, Regus, comments: “Regus’ growth and investment in Bristol is testament to increasing demand for flexible places to work that offer a productive environment for business people to touch down, meet, co-work or base a business.

“Redwood House is an exciting addition to our network in the South West, which will provide another conveniently located business base. We expect strong take-up from local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the area.

“As world leader in flexible workspace, we are committed to continually expanding our network and making business easier for our customers.”

Regus currently has four Bristol centres, located at Castlemead, Aztec West, Broad Quay and Temple Quay.  The company will also be opening a new centre in Swindon’s Wiltshire Court next year.
