Warwick Castle Coach

Fares from £49pp return include Castle entry, audio guide and discount voucher

Warwick Castle has teamed up with Golden Tours to launch a new luxury shuttle service from central London operating three days a week until November. Adult fares of £49pp (children 3-16 pay £44) include return coach travel with entrance to the Castle, free audio guide, and 20 per cent off gift shop purchases. A family ticket (two adults and two children) costs £181.

Operating on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, the shuttle departs from a central location at London Victoria at 8.45am, arriving at Warwick Castle for 11am.  For holidaymakers staying in London, there’s also a complimentary hotel pick-up service available from over 80 hotels across the Capital.  The return to London departs Warwick Castle at 5pm.

Throughout the journey, guests can sit back and relax onboard the comfy air-conditioned coach which features free Wi-Fi.  As the shuttle enters the historic town of Warwick, in the heart of Shakespeare’s Country, visitors enjoy spectacular views of Warwick Castle’s South Front, located on the banks of the River Avon.

A full day will be had exploring the Castle, its Capability Brown landscaped grounds, and attractions including the all new Horrible Histories® Get Lost In Time maze; Time Tower for a multi-sensory interactive journey through the Castle’s colourful past; and the Kingmaker exhibition for a glimpse of what life was like during the rise of Richard Neville, the Earl of Warwick, as he became one of the most powerful and notorious characters in British history.

There’s also a full programme of shows and tours taking place daily including the firing of The Mighty Trebuchet, the world’s largest siege engine; the new Flight of the Eagles show featuring six birds of prey including the country’s only bearded vulture; and the Deville Warwick Tour of the mighty mediaeval towers and ramparts that helped the House of Beauchamp become England’s most powerful dynasty.

Nick Blofeld, General Manager of Warwick Castle, said: “We’ve listened to customer feedback and now, with our new shuttle service, it’s easier than ever before to visit Warwick Castle from London.”

The Warwick Castle Express departs at 8.45 am on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays from the Golden Tours Office, 4 Fountain Square, 123-151 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9SH.
