Fast Forward 15 mentees graduate with flying colours

Fast Forward 15 mentees graduate
Mentees from the inaugural Fast Forward 15 mentoring programme graduated at a prestigious event held at The Langham Hotel, London on Friday 29th April. The occasion also witnessed the unveiling of the ‘Class of ‘16’ mentees as the award-winning scheme enters its second year.

The graduation ceremony saw high profile industry guests from agency and venue partners, charities, academic institutions, corporates and media, come together to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of the mentees over the course of the year. Successes have ranged from improved career prospects and role promotions, through to increased levels of confidence and a greater understanding of personal and professional goals.

Attendees at the exclusive event also heard from inspirational guest speaker, Steve Brown, who will be joining the Fast Forward 15 scheme as a mentor in 2016. The London 2012 Paralympic wheelchair rugby captain received a standing ovation for his speech which candidly explored his life changing injuries, how he became involved in the sport and the approach he takes as an Athlete mentor.
