Royal College of Physicians set to introduce device-charging stations as delegate enhancement

Device- charging towers set to be installed at the RCP
The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) is introducing device-charging towers as a new delegate enhancement initiative at registration desks within the venue.
Designed for delegates to recharge laptops, tablets and phones, the new charging towers will allow conference delegates to ensure that they are well equipped for any technological requirements or engagement aspects of the event itinerary.

The new delegate enhancement forms part of the continuous development of the tech offering at the venue. Each charging tower can accommodate up to 10 devices, 8 via wired connection and 2 via wireless charging.

Sales and Marketing Manager, Natacha Allen, says: “We’re really pleased to be able to offer the new tech charging stations as an added value element for our clients as the demand for cutting edge technology is increasing at a phenomenal rate. Having launched cloud-based virtual meeting facilities back in August, we’re working towards some new initiatives in the New Year and we’re proud to be offering a great range of tech facilities for our clients.”
