Unique Venues of London welcomes Chiswick House & Gardens as latest member

Unique Venues of London announced Chiswick House and Gardens as their newest member at The Meetings Show 2015 in conjunction with the launch of the association’s new directory. 
Chiswick House and Gardens, in the heart of leafy West London hosted some of the most famous parties during the 18th and 19th centuries and continues to do so today.  The neo-Palladian villa and the stunning landscaped and fully restored 65 acre Gardens made it a perfect fit, and further expands Unique Venues of London’s sphere of membership across the capital.

The Grade I listed House and Gardens comprises of six versatile spaces with a maximum capacity of 2,000 and can be hired for both corporate and private events. Ranging from the heritage villa to cricket square, private walled garden to conservatory the venue offers a space for all occasions.  

Commenting on the appointment, Nicki Thomas, head of events & business development at Chiswick House and Gardens, said: “We are delighted to have joined Unique Venues of London and be part of the leading venue collective. Our unique range of spaces allows us to host an extensive variety of events from dinners to trade fairs and weddings to awards dinners. The commercial events we run enable us to keep the 65 acre gardens open free of charge 365 days a year so raising our profile through Unique Venues of London is key.”  

Chiswick House and Gardens will take their place alongside other members in the new membership directory, which has been updated for 2015 to reflect other new members since publication, including Goldsmiths’ Centre, which joined in January.   

The new directory will also contain updated capacities, contact information as well as a few top venue finding tips.

Exactly a year ago we celebrated our 21st anniversary and a comprehensive rebrand at The Meetings Show and the Royal Academy. It seemed fitting to use the show again to announce positive news, demonstrating our appeal and how we build on our brand year-on-year to improve and develop our offering to give unrivalled service to both clients and members.”
