Regus accelerates Pan India expansion to meet surging demand for flexible work spaces

Regus’ business centres in key Indian markets offer flexible office spaces for local and international firms

Regus, the global workplace provider, continues its pan India expansion adding over 10 locations to its network in the country in the last two months. This growth is an indication of the tremendous demand for high –specification, flexible workspaces in the country. The new state-of-the-art Regus business centres have been launched not just in key cities but also in Tier II markets.

Regus launched one centre in Pune earlier this month, and has added three more to its network in Mumbai. Additionally, three more centres have been launched in Bangalore, followed by the opening of the company’s first location in Lucknow. Three centres have also opened in Delhi and Noida.

Speaking about the expansion plans for the country, Harsh Lambah – Country Manager for Regus India, said, “This is a big year for Regus in India with ambitious strategic expansion plans for the country. Our specialised workspaces have proved beneficial not just to large multinationals but also to smaller firms and start-ups. This year, our focus will be on fast-growing markets across India with huge untapped potential.  We have observed a growing demand for flexible office spaces especially in the developing Tier II locations and we believe this demand will be the key to our expansion in India.”

The ever-growing Regus network includes locations in 104 countries worldwide and offers organisations and professionals instant access to professional facilities and a scalable workspace with no upfront capital or expensive long-term lease.
