Taste Washington, savour Seattle March 2015

Taste Washington, USA’s largest single-region wine and food event, is returning on 26 – 29 March 2015 at various venues throughout Seattle. This four-day extravaganza includes the signature Grand Tasting featuring 225 Washington State wineries and food from 70 top Pacific Northwest restaurants: a mouth-watering way to start Spring for all foodie visitors. 

With 33 celebrity-chef restaurants, 13 James Beard Award winners and some of the freshest local seafood and produce, Seattle has unlimited dining options and a colourful menu. Cantina Leña, the new Tom Douglas’s Mexican restaurant, features wood-fired menu items made on a 10-foot long pit or by volcanic stone ground masa inspired by the rustic cooking of Mexico. Loulay Kitchen & Bar, an urban contemporary French restaurant owned by Thierry Rautureau, brings a French twist to the best of Pacific Northwest cuisine. Bar Sajor, Matt Dillon’s beautiful new Pioneer Square restaurant, serves food cooked exclusively by wood flame and influenced by North Africa, Portugal and Spain.
