Travelport renews partnership with Accor Hotels

Travelport, a leading Travel Commerce Platform providing distribution, technology, payment and other solutions for the $7 trillion global travel and tourism industry, has today announced it has signed a new content agreement with Accor, one of the world’s largest hotel groups, with more than 3,700 hotels and 470,000 rooms in 92 countries.

Guidebook launches educational app workshop series

Mobile event app building and publishing platform Guidebook today announces the launch of its ‘GuideTalks’ workshop series, providing practical forums for event planners to discuss and learn about event apps, with each session focusing on a specific set of topics or issues. The workshops will be case study led, with hands-on demonstrations run by the Guidebook team.

aap³ and Etherlive form strategic partnership

Global IT Services and Recruitment company, aap³, has formed a strategic partnership with Etherlive Ltd, one of the UK’s leading providers of IT and communications technology for the live event sector.  
The strategic partnership, which includes aap³ becoming an investor in Etherlive, will see both companies maintaining their individual brands, businesses and operational management structure, with Etherlive continuing to be led by Chris Green and Tom McInerney, and aap³ by Rod Jackson.
