100 airlines already signed up for Travelport’s Rich Content and Branding merchandising technology

Travelport in Poland signs long-term agreement with First Class

Travelport today announced a new long-term agreement with First Class, one of the largest travel management companies in Poland.  
First Class specialises in delivering comprehensive and professional business travel management, as well as organising corporate events and conferences. The company was established in 1991 and its client portfolio consists of over 800 corporate customers including governmental and financial institutions, universities and leading companies of both local and international repute. In September 2014 First Class became the exclusive Polish partner of GlobalStar Travel Management, a worldwide travel management company.

Independent research reveals slow adoption of mobile event apps

Independent research conducted by Event Manager Blog today reveals that adoption of mobile event apps among events professionals is slow, with 59% of respondents reporting they do not currently have a mobile event app. The findings, unveiled in the Event App Bible – Version 3 which is published today, are the result of the largest independent survey of events professionals on mobile event apps conducted to date.
