Visitors to receive strawberry tartlets and enjoy Prosecco networking hour at free exhibitionAcademic Venue Show 2016 visitors are set to enjoy delicious refreshments including free strawberry tartlets in the morning and a Prosecco networking hour in the afternoon, Venuemasters has revealed.
The first 50 visitors to arrive at the show, in just two weeks’ time, will each receive a fresh strawberry tartlet, while Prosecco and nibbles will be served during the afternoon networking hour.
“The theme of this year’s show is winning combinations, and strawberries and fizz have always gone well together,” says Natalie Williamson, Marketing Manager at Venuemasters. “As well as discovering great-value meeting and conference venues all over the UK, event organisers can really enjoy meeting new and existing colleagues over a glass of Prosecco and snacks. AVS is still free to attend.”
AVS 2016 takes place from 9.30am until 3.30pm on 11th May at the Royal Horticultural Halls in Westminster, London. The show is set to feature a live presentation from Olympic medal-winner and TV personality Sharron Davies MBE, who will be sharing her own ‘winning combinations’ for business and events success.
Visitors can also benefit from exclusive venue rates and special offers, and opportunities to network with hundreds of events industry colleagues.
Feedback from AVS 2015 shows 94 per cent of visitors found the show useful. Alice Aniello of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers described AVS as a “great opportunity to meet exactly the sort of venues I needed - all in a nice and relaxed environment.”
