Ten leading venues and hotels groups will be showing that they have plenty to offer meetings buyers when they exhibit on the HBAA Hub, stand number I700, at this year’s Meetings Show, running from 27 – 28 June at Olympia, London. 

In addition to the ten members and the HBAA information desk, the HBAA Hub will once again feature the exclusive HBAA Hang-Out area where members can meet to catch up and network.

The exhibiting members are:  The Belfry, Best Western, Danubius Hotel Regents Park, Carton House, Edgbaston Stadium, Harbour Hotels, The Lowry Hotel, Pestana, Wyboston Lakes Resort and Vue Entertainment. Together they offer a diverse range of facilities and venues located across the country, to suit all types of conference, meeting or event.  

Wyboston Lakes Resort
Wyboston Lakes Resort has plenty to talk about at this year’s Meetings Show, with work about to begin on the first phase of a £3m plus investment to its premier conference and event venue. A main conference room for over 300 delegates, designed for the future and equipped with the latest technology; movable walls to expand training rooms, a total redesign and redecoration of breakout and bar areas and a top of the range technology are just some of the impressive plans that will totally transform the venue.  

Danubius Hotel Regents Park
The Danubius Hotel Regents Park offers 10 versatile meeting rooms with natural daylight, alongside 360 tastefully decorated bedrooms including double rooms, twin rooms and the newly refurbished deluxe bedrooms. Situated in the heart of St. John’s Wood, opposite Regents Park and Lord’s Cricket Ground, it provides a convenient base for business, thanks to the excellent transport links to Central London.  

The Belfry
Crowned England’s Leading Conference Hotel, The Belfry Hotel & Resort will be promoting its world-class facilities and standards of service. Located on 550 acres of North Warwickshire countryside, the property features 300 signature bedrooms and luxury suites, more than 20 conference and event suites accommodating up to 400 guests, boardrooms all with the latest technology, 3 golf courses, a luxury spa and leisure club, a variety of bars and restaurants, onsite nightclub, spectacular outdoor space and free car parking.

Harbour Hotels
Following the launch of Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa in September after a £25m development, Harbour Hotels will be promoting the latest landmark acquisition to its portfolio, the Richmond Gate Hotel. Currently undergoing a full redevelopment, the elegant London property will provide a key strategic position to the group’s portfolio, which includes eleven hotels and two venues and now spans 13 coastal, country and city locations across Southern UK. 

The Lowry Hotel
Recognised as one of Manchester’s top conference destinations, the recently refurbished Lowry Hotel offers a number of specialised catering options, from healthy lunches to three-course dinners in the renowned Private Dining Room.  From boardroom meetings for 10 delegates through to a 600-guest reception, you can even park a car in the second floor ballroom for a product launch!

Edgbaston Stadium
Visitors to the Edgbaston Stadium will be bowled over by the venue’s new and unique Conference and Cricket package. Available from £28.00 + VAT per person and only available during Warwickshire's County Championship matches and 50 over games, the package includes a suite for the day, refreshments, special menus, flipchart & meeting stationery, free wifi – and domestic cricket throughout the day.

Carton House
Only 25 minutes from Dublin’s city centre and Dublin Airport, Carton House features rolling woodlands, meandering rivers, wild wooded areas amidst a stunning piece of Irish history set on a 1,100 acre estate in Maynooth, Co. Kildare. The venue also hosts Orangeworks, the only tailor-made teambuilding company in Ireland which offers a unique combination of forest adventure, ropes courses, 4x4 driving, archery, falconry and clay pigeon shooting.

Additionally, as part of its partnership with The Meetings Show, the HBAA will also be hosting a dedicated buyer programme, the HBAA Agency Group Agenda, on Tuesday 26 June. Beginning with an Education Day at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel at noon, followed by a Welcome Reception at the London Science Museum; conference and meetings bookers can expect a packed, productive and valuable experience.
