Meet imago’s award winning team at The Meetings Show

imago is returning to The Meetings Show, and this year has signed up to bring a range of hosted buyers to the event.  
2016 marks the 25th anniversary of imago, the conference and events arm of Loughborough University, and visitors to The Meetings Show in June are invited to discover more about its award winning portfolio of venues which offer world class facilities and full event management solutions.

imago will also be acting as a group-co-ordinator for The Meetings Show for the first time, bringing buyers from the region to the show. Such has been the response, imago is seeking to increase the number of buyers they invite.  

imago’s portfolio of venues offers high quality meeting spaces and accommodation along with excellent sports and leisure facilities. It’s portfolio of venues includes:
·         Burleigh Court; which has 26 meeting rooms, 225 bedrooms and 150sqm of exhibition space
·         Holywell Park; a conference centre for up to 300 delegates, set in landscaped grounds
·         Loughborough University; with conference, training and exhibition facilities for up to 2,000 delegates with good quality accommodation
·         The Link Hotel; an excellently located hotel for delegates to meet and network or rest before the next stage of a journey.  

The event management team has the capability to help clients create inspirational events and its service includes: Event Design Concepts; Website Design Marketing; Delegate Management; Exhibition Management; Onsite Management; Financial Management; Full event management and they can also book team building and evening events for those looking to explore the local area.

imago will be hosting a drinks reception on their stand (L600) to mark its 25th anniversary and visitors are invited to help  them celebrate between 1600 and 1700 on Wednesday June 15.
