As Warwick Castle marks its 1,100th anniversary this year, the attraction unveils a portfolio of seven VIP Experiences, ideal gifts for any special occasion including Father’s Day, a wedding anniversary, a milestone birthday, a family celebration or simply a memorable day out.
From a gourmet Afternoon Tea served in the splendour of The State Dining Room to being a Knight or Princess for the Day, or having the Keys to the Castle - with an expert personal guide – and learning to handle birds of prey, there is a memorable experience for every special occasion.

Pioneer physicist and BESydney Ambassador elected to American Academy of Arts and Sciences

Business Events Sydney’s (BESydney) Ambassador, Scientia Professor of Physics Michelle Simmons, has joined the likes of Stephen Hawking, Albert Einstein and Alexander Graham Bell as an elected member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. BESydney congratulates Professor Simmons on this achievement.
Professor Simmons is a world leader in the field of quantum computing and is the Director of the Australian Research Council (ARC) Centre of Excellence for Quantum Computation & Communication Technology at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and was last year awarded an ARC Laureate Fellowship.

Manchester plays host to the Nerf UK and Ireland Freestyle Football Championships 2014

Manchester Printworks will be full of football tricks, dance and music on Saturday 3rd May 2014 from 1pm – 5pm, as the Freestyle Football Federation look to crown the number one freestyle football athlete in the UK and Ireland just before the FIFA World Cup kicks off in Brazil.

London Technology Week to highlight capital’s leading role in European tech

London’s role as one of the world’s foremost digital hub will be showcased in June this year as the capital holds its first London Technology Week, the largest series of tech events ever seen in Europe.
Some of the world’s biggest tech brands, including Microsoft and Google, will share the stage with home-grown London tech companies as thousands of entrepreneurs, investors and developers attend London Technology Week, which will take place from 16 – 20 June.
