Ricoh Arena partners with Touch FM

The Ricoh Arena has formed a new partnership with regional radio station Touch FM as its official media partner.
The independent radio station, which broadcasts throughout Coventry and Warwickshire as well as Worcestershire and the Cotswolds, is owned by Quidem.
The agreement will involve the Ricoh Arena working closely with Touch FM to promote upcoming events including Psychic Sally Morgan on Monday, April 28 and the Football for Heroes match to raise funds for the UK military charity Help for Heroes on Sunday, May 4.

Snowdonia to become Zip Line Capital of the World

A new zip line experience will ensure that the already action-packed region of Snowdonia becomes the zip line capital of the world when it opens to visitors in June.
Zip World Titan will complete the largest zip zone in the world, flying daredevils along eight kilometres of wire at up to 70 miles per hour. Thrill seeking families and friends can even take each other as four zips will be in action at one time.

New Victorian Gin Palace bar for immersive 'Dungeon Lates'

The London Dungeon Lates season kicks off in May; dishing out a fortifying dose of after-hours scary fun – strictly for adults. The experience will be more immersive with the addition of an all new Victorian Gin Palace bar, where a darkly mischievous Victorian barmaid will provide guests with a tot of gin or an authentic cocktail from the era.

Lord’s Cricket Ground dons black-tie for alfresco summer parties

Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) has confirmed two packages for summer party venues at Lord’s Cricket Ground and invites guests to dress in suits, ties and cocktail dresses to celebrate the Ground’s 200th anniversary.
Event bookers are invited to host summer receptions and parties in a trio of alfresco venues within the Ground during its Bicentenary year, either on the airy Pavilion Roof Terrace, the Mound Stand Terrace or in the rose-adorned Harris Garden.

Record delegate numbers again at ICC Birmingham for veterinary congress

Thousands of delegates from across the veterinary profession attended the record breaking British Small Animal Veterinary Association (BSAVA) Congress at the ICC earlier this month. This event, which is the largest of its kind in the world, is where the vets and vet nurses learn the latest treatments and update their scientific skills.
