Blenheim Palace attracting the A-Listers

Christian Dior fashion show at Blenheim Palace
From exclusive Christian Dior fashion shows to the Bank of England’s launch of the new £5 note, Blenheim Palace is rapidly becoming the place to be seen in 2016.
The Oxfordshire World Heritage Site has already played host to a wide-range of spectacular corporate events, launches and other unique activities so far this year – and there are plenty more to come!

The Palace’s stunning location, proximity to London and excellent transportation links has made it top of the list for discerning clients looking for extraordinary venues.

Exciting developments this year include staging the exclusive super car show Salon Prive, which has made the Palace its permanent venue, hosting BBC Countryfile Live, which is expected to attract more than 20,000 visitors per day in its first year, and forging a new partnership with luxury party and wedding planners Snapdragon London.

The increase in high-profile activities is part of ambitious plans by the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill and the home of the Dukes of Marlborough to significantly grow its corporate business.

Stephanie Hendley, Head of Marketing, who is overseeing the marketing of the corporate events, said: “Having been part of the visitor attraction side of the business for two and half years I am excited to take on the challenge of expanding into the corporate side of the business.” she said.

“Corporate events make up a growing percentage of our annual turnover, and with a clear marketing and PR drive we are looking to continue this growth by providing existing and potential clients with unique and memorable events,” she added.

Blenheim Palace also stages a series of other major events and activities including triathlons, flower shows and art exhibitions.
