London Union adds Model Market to summer venue portfolio

Model Market
London Union, the parent company of Street Feast, has added Model Market to their portfolio of summer venues available to hire for event bookers. The south east London venue transforms a derelict 1950’s market into a twinkling 800 capacity event space with ten street food micro-diners and five brilliant bars.
Street Feast currently operates three other venues across London including Dinerama in Shoreditch and Hawker House in Canada Water. This is the first time Model Market, which returned for its third summer this year, will be available for hire as an events space.

Model Market is the perfect destination for parties, product launches and team building, offering a range of spaces and venue hire options for event bookers. For summer sunshine feasting and sunset views, the Lewisham High Line roof top bar has capacity for 100 people, or hire the whole venue and make the most of Model Market’s vinyl decks and late license for your own summertime festival.

Model Market offers a fantastic range of bars including the Rum Shack, Craft Can Beer Bar and a wine bar, Winyl.  Event bookers can also hire Model Market’s line-up of street food traders including Club Mexicana (vegan tacos), Rola Wala (mini Indian naan sliders), Up in My Grill (delicious steak and chips) and Hotbox (all things meat).

Emma Howe, Sales Director, London Union commented; ‘Model Market is a great addition to our summer offering for event bookers. The space is completely unique within our portfolio, offering a more intimate Street Feast experience in comparison to our bigger venues, which can hold up to 3,000 people.’

Available for event hire from May to September, Model Market can host up to 800 people and is just a short walk from the Lewisham DLR and train station.  Street Feast also welcome back Dalston Yard this summer. The former car park outside Dalston Junction station can host up to 1200 people and has a Tequila Treehouse for 100.
