Indian Room re-opens for groups at Blenheim Palace

Blenheim Palace Indian Room
Blenheim Palace’s iconic Indian Room has undergone a £50,000 restoration and from 13th February will be opened especially for groups.
Groups who visit Blenheim Palace will be able to book the iconic space and enjoy the best of catering from Searcys, the oldest catering company in the UK which has operated since 1847.

The Indian Room overlooks the Water Terraces providing a beautiful view whilst dining. The space has been specifically selected to be a groups dining experience to offer group travellers a designated area to relax and enjoy the best of Blenheim Palace catering. Set lunch menus are on offer.

Groups can enjoy three new tours for 2016, Upstairs Tour, Downstairs Tour and Private Apartments Tour. Groups will have the opportunity to explore never-been-seen-before rooms, discover fascinating insights into the work habits of staff past and present and to see the private bedrooms where the Marlborough family have lived and been served.

Each Tour details a different side of Palace life. Groups will hear how the Household functioned and how the servants looked after their famous and glamorous guests.
