Lord’s opens doors for venue showcase

Lord’s Cricket Ground today announces the launch of a meetings and events open day.
The iconic venue will open its doors to event organisers on 26th February to showcase its unique event spaces which can hosts meetings, conferences, receptions, dinners and weddings for up to 1,000 people.

Those interested in attending the open day will be offered a time slot where they will get the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a member of the events team, before being taken on a full visit of all event spaces and treated to soft drinks and a light breakfast or afternoon tea.  

Zoe Ward, MCC Meetings and Events Sales Manager, said: “The open day is a great opportunity for potential clients to see what’s on offer first hand and also to meet with our team.  

“From the grandeur of the Long Room in the Grade II* listed Pavilion, to the modernity and style of the J.P. Morgan Media Centre our venue boasts a variety of spaces, many with great views of the pitch.  

“We look forward to welcoming a variety of industry sectors on the day from corporates, associations and agencies.”
