“All of this new business has meant that we are delighted to grow our team,” reports Sarah Bright, Head of Events at BMA House. “We have recently been joined by Hattie Shannon-Little and Lucy O’Grady and we are well equipped to support all of our clients with an exceptional level of event planning expertise.”
“2015 certainly has been a flourishing year for BMA House,” reports Rebecca Hurley, Deputy Head of Events. “Growth areas for our central London venue have been larger conferencing with significant events this year from Imperial College and The Independent Schools’ Bursaries Association (The ISBA). Our outside space has attracted amazing events such as the launch of the new Top Gear magazine and many summer parties.”
New 2016 plans at BMA House include opening additional meeting space and launching the new Summer Street Food concept with a Festival Party for PAs and Bookers in April 2016.
Hattie Shannon-Little joins the team as Events Administrator bringing with her excellent event industry experience from Oxford Policy Management where she worked in the Events and Central Operations team. Prior to that Hattie gained events experience working with several hotels in Australia on their conference and special events teams.
Lucy O’Grady joins BMA House as Sales and Events Planner from the De Vere Staverton Park in Daventry where she was Weddings and Special Events Coordinator. Lucy was a 2015 Eventice Finalist and read Events Management at Manchester Metropolitan University. One of her early work experience roles was as a children’s party organiser which she believes means she can handle almost every event crisis!
