The Crystal, at London’s Royal Victoria Dock, is looking to attract events which will not only appeal to those who care about their green credentials but who also want to use a state-of-the-art setting.
The landmark building, part of Siemens’ Sustainable Cities Initiative, has already hosted a range of launches and conferences including the G8 Summit and the launch of the Tesla Model S car.
And now the aim is to highlight to a wider audience the versatility of the venue for events of all sizes.
The Crystal boasts a range of conference and events spaces, including eight naturally lit meeting rooms and a 270 seat auditorium.
It is also home to a unique, interactive exhibition which looks at the future of the cities of today, which can also be hired privately for anyone wanting to hold a reception or event with an added wow factor.
The Crystal is one of the world’s most sustainable buildings, the first to gain both Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and BRE Environmental Assessment Method (BREEM) accreditation, along with having a range of awards which make it a leading venue for sustainable event management.
Its state-of-the-art systems are all designed to save water, power and energy, giving added value to any event that is held there.
