Amsterdam MICExperience 2015 delights meeting professionals

Taking place from 22 to 24 April, MICExperience 2015 aims to introduce international meeting professionals to all that the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area has to offer the meetings, incentives, conferences and events industry. As such, over 50 of Amsterdam’s conference partners are on hand to welcome the international guests, all collaborating under this year’s theme of “Expect the Unexpected”.

With its varied programme, MICExperience offers visitors an in-depth look at Amsterdam as a business, tourist and cultural destination and highlights new approaches to conference planning and innovative event concepts. In doing so, the renowned event puts Amsterdam firmly back on the map as an international MICE destination.  

With the "Expect the Unexpected" theme at the core of the MICExperience 2015 programme, the event aims to inspire meeting professionals from start to finish. Over the three-day event, special tours will take attendees to a variety of locations throughout the city, such as Theater Amsterdam, the Van Gogh Museum, Westergasfabriek and many of the city’s hotels. In addition, this year’s programme focuses on meeting the individual needs of participants. As part of this there are also local ‘Buddies’ on hand to welcome participants and help them discover all that Amsterdam has to offer.  

What also makes this ninth edition of MICExperience so special is the degree of collaboration between Amsterdam Marketing and the conference partners. This year the conference partners have steered the event with Amsterdam Marketing playing a supporting role.
