RIBA Venues today reveals an increase of 23 per cent in year-on-year conference and event sales for the period December 2013 to November 2014.
The venue has seen a 24 per cent rise in larger bookings for events of up to 400 delegates and a 19 per cent increase in smaller event bookings.

2014 has seen RIBA Venues host a variety of events from London Fashion Week catwalk shows to its transformation into a film set for scenes in the new movie The Man from U.N.C.L.E. The RIBA Stirling Prize ceremony returned to the venue for the first time in 16 years as well as a number of corporate companies to hold their annual award ceremonies or conferences.

RIBA Venues’ Head of Venues, Stephanie Ellrott, says: “2014 was an extremely busy and varied year for us at RIBA Venues and it is great to see this reflected in our financial results. We will start 2015 in great shape with a new sales team and a re-focused sales and marketing strategy and we are confident of a strong new year for the venue.”
