A £16 million investment has been put into building and designing the 117 brand new chalets, all surrounded by beautiful lakes, colourful gardens and village greens.
The West Lakes Village boasts some of Butlins’ most spacious accommodation options, with many chalets offering private water-edge balconies and uninterrupted views of the lakes, ensuring they are the perfect place for delegates to relax and unwind after a productive conference. Located adjacent to the lakes, the serene setting of these home-from-home chalets aims to bring an instant state of calm to all who stay. Inside, the modern twist on quintessential Butlins is prevalent, as nostalgic retro décor sits alongside brand new furnishings, modern appliances and complimentary Wi-Fi; so delegates can still make contact with the office.
Outside, sports and games will be available in the communal landscaped gardens of the village, which can further be utilised for team building activities, pre-dinner drinks, or even as a break-out location during individual conferences. Convenience has also been considered, with allocated parking next to the chalets and a land-train service to the main meeting areas. Butlins Conference & Events even offers delegates the opportunity to hire out the entire West Lakes Village exclusively, for those events requiring that real wow factor.
