The Lord’s Tavern launches brand new gourmet menu

The Lord’s Tavern at Lord’s Cricket Ground has launched its brand new menu, focusing on seasonal gourmet dining.
Signature dishes include starters of beetroot-cured salmon, deep fried smoked oysters and pickled cucumber while mains range from tender braised ox cheeks to lamb shank with mash and seasonal vegetables. Bar snacks of popcorn cockles with chilli vinegar also form part of an offering that is guaranteed to impress.

The Lord’s Tavern is also renowned for its range of specialty beers and wines, which will be available to complement the new dishes.  

The new menu has been specially designed to be a part of the placemats on tables creating a relaxed style of dining, without losing the focus on quality ingredients.  

The team at Lord’s Tavern has created a menu full of traditional pub classics with a modern twist, and a number of signature dishes have never been tasted at The Lord’s Tavern or at Lord’s Cricket Ground.  

Warrick Ralph, Lord’s Tavern Manager, said: “We decided to redesign our menu after listening closely to customer feedback, and our main aim was to reinforce the message that dining at the Lord’s Tavern is much more than your average pub experience. I’m extremely proud of the fantastic dishes we’ve created and am looking forward to hearing what our customers think.”
