Two Michelin-starred Chef Norbert Niederkofler joins award winning Chef Francesco Mazzei at L’Anima Restaurant, LondonFor one week only, two-Michelin-starred Chef Norbert Niederkofler will be leaving the mountain peaks of the Dolomites to recreate his local delicacies in London at L’Anima restaurant. Dishes created by Chef Niederkofler will include Beetroot Gnocchi with Beer Soil and Cream of Daikon Cress, Braised Lamb Shank served with Corn Cream, Onion Salad and Parsley and Rosa Alpina Ice Cream, with Pumpkin Seed Oil and Caramelised Pumpkin Seeds.
Chef Niederkofler’s cooking is inspired by the flavours and ingredients from his South Tyrolean heritage. Throughout the week he will cook a delicious four course menu for lunch and dinner, alongside Chef Francesco Mazzei’s signature Southern Italian dishes from Calabria, Sicily and Puglia.
Chef Norbert Niederkofler is the two-Michelin-starred chef behind St Hubertus restaurant at the family-run Rosa Alpina hotel located in the heart of the Italian Dolomites.
