Sundial Group sees best ever customer satisfaction results

Sundial Group has reported its highest ever levels of customer satisfaction for meetings and events held at its three venues. The results, measured by the most widely used review system in the events industry, show that in July 2014:
· 97 % of customers left an Overall Satisfaction score of at least 8 out of 10
· 97 % plan to use us again in the future
· 94 % of our customers have said they would recommend us to a friend or colleague

These superb industry benchmarked results of meeting planners, add to our recent success after being voted by our customers as the Best Venue Group in the UK and receiving Trip Advisor’s 2014 Certificate of Excellence at each of our properties; Highgate House in Northamptonshire, Woodside in Warwickshire and Barnett Hill in Surrey.
