Well Met Conferencing achieves AIM Gold Accreditation for the second time

Well Met Conferencing is celebrating after receiving the prestigious Gold Accredited in Meetings (AIM) certification from the Meetings Industry Association (MIA) for the second time. The team at Well Met increased their score to an impressive 98% pass following an independent and rigorous examination of the business.

AIM at Gold level examines a number of criteria involved in the customer journey, including service delivery, customer service, creating the customer environment, researching and monitoring customer needs. Other factors taken into account are business planning and recovery, procedures and continuous improvement, which assures the buyers that venues will deliver a promise of exceptional standards.

Kate Davis, Head of Business Development at Leeds Metropolitan University comments: “The preparation for assessment is demanding but the rewards can be exceptional and we have witnessed regular repeat business and an increase in enquiries through to the bottom line contribution."

Well Met Conferencing first received this prestigious award in June 2011 and to ensure high standards are being continuously achieved the award is reviewed every three years through a stringent assessment on all aspects of Well Met’s services and facilities.
