MAMA to welcome over 200 international travel buyers with free roaming courtesy of WorldSIM

March Marketplace (MAMA) is the largest ever business to business tourism event that will promote Britain to international markets and will take place this year at Wembley Stadium on 17th March. This exclusive opportunity enables British tourism suppliers to meet international buyers from over 25 different countries.

MAMA will welcome over 200 international travel buyers to the UK including Thompson Holidays, Tui and Thomas Cook.

Fully hosted by VisitBritain, the national tourism agency, buyers will be flown in to attend the 2 day workshop. In conjunction with Visit Britain, international roaming specialists WorldSIM will be giving free travel SIM cards to all the buyers attending this event in order to encourage overseas travel companies to distribute SIMs to their customers and earn recurring commissions.

WorldSIM, winners of the award for Best Telecoms provider in 2013, enable travellers to reduce the cost of using their mobile phone abroad by as much as 85% with the use of their innovative SIM card that gives free roaming in almost 100 countries and greatly reduces the costs of data roaming.

With over 4000 partners worldwide including British Airways, Qantas and Virgin Atlantic, distributors of the SIM will benefit from improving their companies value proposition to customers whilst at the same time increasing their own revenue.

Arif Reza, CEO at WorldSIM shared “Travel companies have generally looked at providing their customers with extras such as car hire, insurance & airport lounges. However, a recent Visa survey showed that most importantly people want to stay connected when abroad. Our WorldSIM prepaid Travel SIM card is the perfect solution and we look forward to meeting everyone at MAMA to showcase this year’s hottest travel extra.”
