Guestline’s cloud hosted solutions are ‘obvious choice’ for Best Western London Peckham Hotel

The latest hotel to opt for Guestline’s award winning solutions is London based, Best Western London Peckham Hotel. The hotel, which is part of a group 10 properties with 915 bedrooms, will be implementing Guestline’s property management system, Rezlynx, to facilitate group wide operational efficiencies and cost savings in several of their properties.

Guestline’s Rezlynx will provide the hotels with easy-to-use, centralised functionality that enables them to deal with guests and repeat visitors quickly and efficiently, delivering improved customer service.

Best Western London Peckham Hotel’s senior manager Gauhar Nawab said “The time came when we needed to move forward with our technology and centralise more of our processes across the group, working more as a multi-site operation rather than individual businesses. The functionality ticks all of our boxes and with many of the procedures automated, this will allow us to save time and resources. Sister properties, London Croydon Apart Hotel and Valiant House in Wembley (trading name to be confirmed), will also be having Rezlynx PMS installed at a later date. The cloud based property management system is automated across parts of the hotel group, ensuring centralised operations, streamlined workflows and a single overview of the group – important when managing and reporting on occupancy and distribution channels on behalf of multiple properties.

A comprehensive rate management tool ensures that revenue is maximised at every opportunity, generating improved revenue per available room (RevPAR). The system also automatically confirms the booking by email or text.
