13 and 14 April 2016: it’s time again for 350 exhibitors, 500 Hosted Buyers and more than 3.500 visitors for expert dialogue and effective business contacts.
The French and South European exhibitors cover all relevant segments for events: the "WHERE" with venues, hotels, destinations, convention centres, the "HOW" with event technology, production services, exhibition stand designers, AV Service & Special Effects, entertainment, decoration, caterers, event software, technology, tents and structures, furniture rental and "WITH WHOM" with event & Incentive agencies, DMCs, hostess agencies, logistics (busses, limousine service, security, ...)

The benefit for buyers: thanks to this full range they meet within two days all necessary potential suppliers for their future events. The, despite the extensive choice, clearly structured trade show will take place in Cannes, at the Palais des Festivals. Sitting in the VIP Club, having an interesting conversation whilst enjoying the sun and the Mediterranean ... a constructive and simultaneously idyllic moment for the participants.

The French and international hosted buyers are Live Marketing decision makers who are involved in production, organization, carrying out, purchasing and logistics.

Flights to/from Nice, Shuttle Transfers APT Nice / Cannes /APT Nice, the nights on 13 and 14 April in one of the luxury hotels on the Croisette and lunches / dinners are included in the Hosted Buyer program.

On both days, the Hosted Buyer participate in the targeted and individual appointments (the agenda software "matches" the wishes of the hosted buyers and exhibitors - and it is still time for appointments with other suppliers), the business lunches and two networking evenings in extraordinary event locations as well as the Event Awards: 2016 is their 10th anniversary and they will be held at the legendary "Grand Auditorium" of the Palais des Festivals.
