ATPI Corporate Travel to offer Expense Management and Duty of Care ‘lunch ’n’ learn’ sessions at Business Travel Show

ATPI Corporate Travel – part of the ATPI Group - will offer attendees at this year’s Business Travel Show insights on the latest developments in Expense Management solutions and Duty of Care as part of its programme of on-stand sessions. Both sessions have been developed with ‘how to’ advice for buyers and business travellers to enable them to take a smarter approach to their travel management programmes, under the ATPI Group’s theme for the show, ‘travel smarter’.

In addition to showcasing the latest developments and technology, visitors will be able to attend two ‘lunch ‘n’ learn’ sessions which will focus on topics that are always a priority for travel buyers, Expense Management and Duty of Care. The sessions will take place during the show which is held at London Olympia from 22 to 23 February 2017.

The first session entitled ‘How to get the best data from your expense solution’ will be hosted by Drew Murray, ExpenSys, from 12noon to 12.20pm. The session will offer advice on how to ensure you can identify and report the total cost of a trip through one single view and then utilise the data to identify and predict future cost-savings.

The second session ‘How to understand the risks and mitigate them’ will be run by Oliver Piercy, former head of security at Petrofac. The session will be held from 13.30pm to 13.50pm. The two sessions will run at the same time on both days of the exhibition.

The ATPI Group’s UK managing director Adam Knights will also be a guest on one of the Business Travel Show’s panel sessions ‘Strengthening your relationship with your TMC’ which will be held between 14.30pm and 15.40pm on Wednesday 22 February 2017.

The ATPI Group team will also be running a Twitter competition. Attendees to the show will be asked to tweet @ATPI_Travel_UK using the hashtag #travelsmarter with their tips for how they travel smarter. Every tweet will receive a travel smarter gift if they subsequently visit the ATPI stand during the Business Travel Show, plus the best travel tip will win an Apple Watch.  Visitors can also enter into a draw to win Beoplay H3 earphones by Bang & Olufsen.

Adam Knights, UK managing director ATPI says: “From our own client feedback, we know and understand that controlling costs and traveller safety are important factors in the purchase and management of travel programmes. The sessions we will be hosting at this year’s show have been designed to be informative and thought-provoking as well as reassuring. We offer our clients a range of solutions including a host of technology and a team of experts to ensure that the programmes we deliver offer that reassurance both in terms of cost and safety and we look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand during the show so that they can learn more.”
