Ali Serhan returns as General Manager of Warwick Le Lagon - Vanuatu

Warwick Hotels and Resorts – Pacific has re-appointed Ali Serhan as General Manager of Warwick Le Lagon - Vanuatu.
The move follows recent positions as General Manager in the Middle East, including Jordan and Lebanon, within the Warwick Hotels & Resorts brand.
“It’s a great honour to return to Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu where my career in hospitality began,” Mr Serhan said. “I look forward to ensuring the Vanuatu culture and experience is represented well in the resort throughout our day-to-day operations, as well as enhancing our guest experience and team engagement.”

YTL’s classic hotel, The Majestic Malacca has announced the launch of a new food and beverage concept. Once serving a mix of western and local Peranakan favourites, the hotel’s primary restaurant will now serve  authentic Malacca-Portuguese cuisine,  also known colloquially as 'Kristang' cuisine – a unique yet elusive gourmet tradition, important to Malaccan history. Celebrity Chef Melba Nunis takes the helm at this new dining establishment known as Melba at The Mansion.

Twickenham Experience has made two significant new appointments in its conference and events team at Twickenham Stadium.  
Andrew Waters, who has been with the Twickenham Experience team for over four years, has been appointed as Conference and Events Operations Manager where he will be responsible for the operational delivery of the venue’s conference and events business, managing a strong team of 14. In addition, Andrew will be developing new and exciting packages while continuing to enhance the stadium’s customer experience.

Louise Daley has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer Asia Pacific. She has been with AccorHotels for 26 years, having commenced her career in Australia before relocating to Bangkok in 2002 as General Manager, Finance for AccorHotels Asia. In 2005, she returned to Australia as Chief Financial Officer for AccorHotels Pacific. Louise assumed the role of CEO, Accor Advantage Plus (now Accor Plus) in 2011, helping to grow the business to 45 sales offices in 11 countries and expanding membership more than 30%.
