destinations UNLIMITED appoints Louise Jones as Business Development Executive

Louise Jones
destinations UNLIMITED Proudly introduces its newest staff member: Louise Jones – Business Development Executive
Established in 1989, destinations UNLIMITED was the first DMC representation company of its kind. 2019 marks a major milestone in destinations UNLIMITED’s history. It’s their 30th anniversary serving the MICE market; and the company is still a leader in the business events and MICE sector.

To celebrate this, they recently hosted a prestigious event in Dublin, with senior MICE industry buyers and a selection of their DMC Partners.

Nikki Mitchell, Managing Partner of destinations UNLIMITED’s comments; “A lot of changes have taken place over the last 30 years, but we are still providing clients of all sizes with a first-class representation service.” Our key decision to recruit someone new to the destinations UNLIMITED team at this pivotal point makes total sense to us and our company. It’s a very carefully considered and strategic move to bolster our strong 30 years and it now makes sense for the organisation to develop, expand and move along with the times, as we continue to nurture and strengthen the company and take it into 2020.”

She adds; “The industry has changed a lot over the years, but we have maintained our reputation for providing a high-quality service which can be relied on. Louise comes from a Sales, Marketing, Events and Media background, with experience across multiple sectors. We are confident that Louise will offer new ideas and fresh perspectives to complement myself and Danielle Boutcher’s work ethic; and we very much look forward to welcoming her to the team!”

Louise Jones says; “I am thrilled to be joining the destinations UNLIMITED team and cannot wait to get started in the industry.  I am coming in at a very interesting point in the business and am looking forward to learning from the best, sharing my knowledge, and becoming a powerhouse of a team alongside Nikki and Danielle.”

The company represents a portfolio of more than 30 DMCs and to maintain high standards, its DMCs are required to meet a strict set of criteria such as annual checks in-house on DMCs Liability Insurance, as well as providing a letter from the bank or audited accounts and references from UK agencies they have worked with.
