Silversea strengthens Charter Incentive Business with appointment of Paul Fallows

Paul Fallows
Ultra-luxury cruise line, Silversea, has promoted Paul Fallows to the newly created role of Corporate and Incentive Sales Manager UK & EMEA.  London-based Fallows will be responsible for the ship charter and incentive group sales across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Reporting directly to US-based Freddy Muller - Vice President, Charter & Incentive Sales - and joining Muller’s dedicated team of three, Fallows’ appointment will continue to strengthen and grow Silversea’s business in the region.

Fallows is a veteran in the travel and hospitality industry in the UK with over 30 years of experience.  Fallows has worked extensively with a range of luxury hotel groups, corporate travel management companies and airlines, and has specialised in corporate and incentive travel since 2012.  Paul joined Silversea Cruises in June 2017 as Regional Sales Manager in the South West, and has since overseen the charter & incentive business for the UK.

Freddy Muller, Vice President Charter & Incentive Sales, said: “Silversea has a great opportunity to grow its charter and incentive business. Paul’s expertise, and his complete focus on charters and incentives, will enable us to hone our strategy in the region.”

Fallows joins the Charter & Incentive team as Silversea continues its expansion and refurbishment across the fleet.  In November 2019, the cruise line will complete a major refurbishment of Silver Shadow, while in August 2020, Silversea will launch Silver Moon, a sister ship to Silver Muse.  Silver Origin, Silversea’s first ship designed specifically for a destination, will replace Silver Galapagos in the Galapagos archipelago in July 2020.
