As a seasoned hotelier with extensive knowledge in hotels and resorts as well as Food & Beverage in Asia and the Middle East in the past two decades, Scott is bringing his rich experience to lead the Forbes Five-star hotel in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui.
In his new role at The Langham, Hong Kong, he oversees the luxury property’s 498 guest rooms and suites with 6 award-winning restaurants and bars including the three Michelin-starred Cantonese Restaurant T’ang Court.
Scott was most recently the Hotel Operations Director of the Langham Hospitality Group, after spending over two years in Dubai as the Hotel Manager at the renowned Burj Al Arab Hotel. Prior to Dubai, he spent over two years in Singapore as the Hotel Manager for the Fairmont Hotel, Singapore. He had also held various key management roles with One & Only, IHG and Banyan Tree Hotels in the Middle East and Asia.

Professionally he is inspired by Richard Branson, a humble individual who has created a diversified global empire whilst instilling ‘fun’ into the culture and workplace and his approach to keep pushing business boundaries with the mindset of never giving up.
