Clare Bingham has taken on the role of Engagement and Operations Director at the Buckinghamshire-based agency
Brand, incentives and events agency FMI has promoted Clare Bingham to the position of Engagement and Operations Director as it looks to strengthen its core business of strategic brand engagement.

The 38-year-old has worked in the incentives and events industry for 15 years, focusing on client services for the last 10 years at FMI. Clare has made the transition from account management to operations but will now focus on driving the business forward as part of her new role.  

Under Clare’s leadership, the Chilton-based agency will place more emphasis on corporate events, a service which has seen the firm attract a raft of high-profile clients in recent months. The FMI team will also have a renewed focus on trade and channel engagement – the agency’s core offering for its global client base.  

Talking of the promotion, Clare said: “I’m thrilled to be taking on this new challenge and am looking forward to strengthening our already impressive portfolio of clients and projects.  

“We’ve just celebrated our tenth anniversary and throughout the industry, FMI is known as a successful and well-established agency. I’ll be looking to further enhance this reputation and also extend our profile to additional sectors, placing a definite focus on growth over the next three years. I’m confident the team will continue to deliver great events, communications strategies and incentives for our clients – both old and new.

FMI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Park Group plc, the UK’s leading multi-retailer redemption product provider to corporate and consumer markets. In line with this, Clare’s new role will see her reporting directly into Park Group plc as FMI’s most senior member of staff.
