In her new role Hannah will be responsible for guiding the operation and strategy of House Spa, ensuring that the spa continues to embody Farncombe’s first-class standards and building on House Spa’s reputation for creating a relaxing environment which focuses on holistic rejuvenation.
Hannah has accumulated over 12-years of experience within the spa industry, having cultivated her career at several hotels including the Mandarin Oriental London and with The Calcot Collection. Her most recent role was Spa Manager at Kings Head Hotel, a Mr & Mrs Smith boutique hotel in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. It was here that Hannah was also nominated as a finalist for Spa Manager of the Year 2018 by Boutique Hotelier.
Passionate about team work and inspiring each other, Hannah’s philosophy is to create a friendly, fun yet professional environment and ensure confidence in everyone that enters the spa with service excellence.

House Spa is part of the chic farmhouse hotel Dormy House in the Cotswolds. It is set on the 400-acre Farncombe Estate, also home to Foxhill Manor and The Fish. Today Dormy House comprises 38 bedrooms and suites, three restaurants and its world-class spa.
