Fiona joins the team in a pivotal role at an exciting time, with Eventist’s recent acquisition of award-winning event caterer Zafferano and a wealth of large-scale events on the horizon for 2019, including Glastonbury Festival and Paris Air Show.
Responsible for the delivery of revenue targets and new business leads across all five of Eventist’s tributary brands, Fiona’s 20 years of hospitality experience has been sought to provide a strong foundation at Eventist. Well-versed in the dynamics of such a role, Fiona has come from a background of sales management positions at De Vere Hotels, Morgans Hotel Group and most recently, The Jockey Club where she led a team of nine as regional conference and events manager.
On her appointment, Fiona commented: “Working on Eventist’s five brands to offer over half a million annual event attendees unique and memorable experiences is an exciting prospect with a lot of scope for opportunity and growth. I’m excited to put my strategic thinking into practice and get stuck in with the team to develop new goals for the next financial year.”
