As part of on-going company growth, Lyndsay has been promoted to her new role to develop strategic plans for the brand moving forward, managing the team at the hotel and overseeing all operations.
After working as Sales & Marketing Manager at the hotel for the previous four years, Lyndsay has taken over from her father Peter Tyer, retaining the venue as a family-ran business.
Lyndsay said: “It’s certainly exciting to be taking the helm at Suites Hotel & Spa at such a turning point for the business. We are currently finalising completion of our six-figure sum refurbishment project which has brought the property firmly up to date and seen all of our standard suites remodelled to create fluidity throughout the whole hotel, and I am proud to be in a position to spearhead our new, more modern direction.
“Although it is all change in some ways for us, the hotel will remain within the family as it has since its establishment. Following in my father’s footsteps, we will retain the personable values that have seen us so successful since we opened our doors. For me, it’s so important that the team and I continue to offer all that visit us a true ‘home-away-from-home’ experience.”
Lyndsay has previously upheld hospitality roles as Group Sales & Marketing Manager at Sleepwell Hotel Group and International Sales & Marketing Manager at ReO Drinks International before taking up position as Sales & Marketing Manager at Suites Hotel & Spa.
Lyndsay added: “As I begin my new role, my biggest focus will be repositioning the hotel as a major player when it comes to Liverpool’s hospitality destinations. Thanks to our new refurbishment, we are now in a position to offer more to our guests in terms of updated in-room technology, award-winning spa facilities and an innovative conferencing arm to name just a few.”
