Debbie brings a wealth of experience to her new role with a strong management background in the hotel and hospitality sector. Debbie has previously held management roles at the Jean Christophe Novelli Brasserie at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel & Spa in Liverpool, the Chester Race Company, Manchester United Football Club, Harry’s Bistro, as well as Queen’s Hotel Liverpool, the Westminster Hotel Chester and the Llyndir Hall Hotel.
Within her new role as Restaurant Manager of La Brasserie, Debbie will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant to further strengthen its success and reputation amongst both hotel guests and locals alike.
On her appointment, Debbie commented “I am so happy to be returning to Chester, my home town, and being part of this beautiful hotel which is so special to the city. I am looking forward to my journey ahead in leading and developing the young talent which already exists within the team”.
