Hospitality veteran Debbie Southworth joins AlliedPRA Hawaii as General Manager

AlliedPRA, Inc., a global leader in the Destination Management Company (DMC) sector, announces its newest member to the AlliedPRA Hawaii team, hospitality veteran Debbie Southworth, LES, serving as General Manager, according to Ferris Suér, Principal of AlliedPRA Hawaii. As General Manager, Southworth is responsible for new business development, increasing revenue streams and overseeing all operations for the AlliedPRA Hawaii team, while continuing to build strong relationships with local partner suppliers to firmly establish AlliedPRA Hawaii as the industry leader for DMC requirements in the Aloha state.

Southworth joins AlliedPRA after a long and diverse career in hospitality.  Originally from Ohio, she spent over a decade as a Meeting Planner for a utility company.  She thrives on building relationships and creating event experiences, a passion that she took with her to her role as Director of Catering & Convention Services at a variety of hotel properties around the country.  Most recently, she served as the Director of Meetings & Special Events for The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation for five years where she worked closely to increase group business and oversee the Meetings, Special Events, A/V and Banquets teams.  Her previous experience includes meeting planning, catering and convention services at a number of high-profile resort properties.
