bmi regional appoints Jochen Schnadt as Chief Commercial Officer

Jochen Schnadt
bmi regional has appointed Jochen Schnadt as Chief Commercial Officer.  Schnadt will be based at the airline’s East Midland’s headquarters and will be responsible for developing the airline’s commercial strategy along with overseeing a team of 35 staff within the marketing, sales, product development and customer service departments.

A senior airline and aviation executive, Schnadt brings 20 plus years of extensive experience to the airline predominantly from senior roles within the commercial, strategic, planning and operational areas of the aviation industry. 

Schnadt has previously held permanent and consultancy roles at Monarch Airlines, Aer Lingus Virgin, British Airways, and Flybe.  

With a broad perspective of the entire industry, Mr Schnadt’s speciality is in the areas of revenue development, customer engagement and strategy development.  

Schnadt holds an MSc in Air Transport from Cranfield University.
