mcm creative group appoints Creative Director

Creative communication specialists, mcm creative group, today announces the appointment of Mark Nicholls to the newly created role of Creative Director. Emma Bradbury is also joining the team, as a Junior Project Manager. The appointments are the latest in a series of growth-led changes at the agency, and come just before a planned office move from Hammersmith to bigger premises in Kew.

With more than 20-years’ experience in brand communications and design, Nicholls joins the team to build upon the continuing growth in their creative communications offering across live events, film, digital and experiential. He will be responsible for developing creative solutions, planning and processes for the agency and its clients. This will involve taking a lead role on all creative projects, services and strategy. He is also joining the agency’s senior leadership team, with a key role to play in the group’s future growth strategy.

Nicholls joins with a wealth of industry experience as a Creative Director for a number of organisations across branding, digital, advertising and live event projects.  With experience at BrandFuel, Action Impact and GPJ, he has collaborated with clients such as Rolls-Royce, Google, Orange, IBM, Twitter and UEFA. His experience also includes nine-years spent in-house at Mascolo Group, where he worked with luxury brands such as TONI&GUY and TIGI.

Bradbury, previously of Compass Group, where she was a Sales and Events Coordinator, has been appointed Junior Project Manager. She joins with more than five-years industry experience, including two-years spent at her previous role working with brands such as John Lewis, HSBC, PepsiCo, KPMG and Microsoft.

Commenting on the new appointments, Nicky Milligan, Managing Director at mcm creative group, said: “This is a truly exciting time for the agency and we are so pleased to be welcoming both Mark and Emma to the mcm team. Mark’s background is a perfect fit for us, and having someone of his seniority joining as we push ahead with our next stage of growth will be vital to our continued success. Emma brings with her invaluable venue experience, and it’s incredibly inspiring for us to have someone who has been a client choosing to join the team. They both bring with them exceptional strengths and individual experiences that will be incredibly valuable to us and our clients.”
