Almanac Hotels appoints Stefan Ludwig in two key roles in Vienna

Almanac Hotels is proud to announce and welcome Stefan Ludwig in two key roles for the group. He will serve as Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for Almanac Hotels and as Pre-Opening Director of Sales & Marketing for Almanac Vienna. Mr. Ludwig brings 16 years of hospitality experience to his role in the company in sales and marketing as well as in the food and beverage operations of some of the world’s finest hotels.

Hotelier returns to RBH Executive Committee

RBH has today (19 July) announced the return of hotelier, Neil Taylor, to the business as he takes up a new post on the company’s Executive Committee.  
Neil, who will be based in RBH’s London head office, has stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer – Select Service Division.

Golf at Mottram Hall takes new direction

Jason Davies is preparing to embrace a new challenge in his burgeoning career after being appointed as director of golf at Mottram Hall in Prestbury, Cheshire.
Davies has taken up his new post at the four-star QHotels resort having worked in a succession of key golf roles at golf clubs and resorts across north-west England and north Wales including, most recently, as golf business manager at Carden Park.

Venues and Events International promotes Kim Collins to Chief Operating Officer

Loyalty and progression within the industry has resulted in Venues and Events International promoting Kim Collins to Chief Operating Officer.
Kim has shown determination and progressed in her career since starting in the meetings and events industry 20 years ago. Kim’s career began as Restaurant Manager at Hilton Hotels before joining Venues Event Management in 2004. During her time with Venues Events Management, Kim played an integral part in developing the events division for the company, where she continued to grow this team as Director of Events at Capita Travel and Events following the acquisitions by Expotel and then Capita plc.
