McKibbon announced today the completion of an extensive renovation of the Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Airport, located in Orlando’s Gateway Village just minutes from Orlando International Airport. The full renovation includes a complete refresh of both guest rooms and public spaces, plus a brand new full-service bar. The project, which kicked off June 3 and was recently completed, marks yet another successful renovation for McKibbon, a national leader in hotel development, management and renovations for decades.

“This comprehensive renovation of the Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Airport has been a special project for McKibbon Places, our development and renovations company, and McKibbon Hospitality, our hotel management company,” said J.B. McKibbon, McKibbon’s asset manager. “Not only is the hotel in one of the most highly visible and accessible locales in the Orlando area, but it is a terrific reflection of the commitment to quality that both McKibbon and Hilton have for their hotels.”

All spacious guest rooms and suites have been redesigned to be both inviting and intimate, receiving new carpeting, drapery and furniture as well as enhanced lighting. The hotel’s public areas received all new furnishings, lighting and decor on its first-floor lobby, business center and cafe . In addition, the hotel fitness room was outfitted with new, state-of-the-art equipment. One of the unique highlights of the renovation was the addition of a full-service bar, which is now open daily from 5 to 10 p.m.    The Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Airport provides business and leisure  travelers with an outdoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, complimentary breakfast, complimentary airport shuttle and more.  The Orlando Central Business District is just 10 miles from the property and a 30-minute drive to the Orlando-area theme parks.

McKibbon also owns and manages the neighboring Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport at Gateway Village. The development team, McKibbon Places, recently broke ground on a new Hyatt House, which will also be located in Gateway Village and will be managed by McKibbon Hospitality.
