Henley Homes has announced the launch of its new hotel management company, Rogue City Hotel Group. Co-founded by renowned hotelier Nassar Khalil, who has also taken on the role of CEO of the group, Nassar brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience to create a hotel portfolio that champions affordable luxury and effortlessly combines historic architecture with a creative, modern design in a vibrant landscape.

The rapidly growing Rogue City Hotel Group already boasts the exceptional five-star Dunalastair Hotel Suites in Scotland and will soon boast its new developments, The Hobson, Cambridge and The Wellington, Glasgow.

Rogue City Hotel Group supports an ethos and philosophy that embraces a completely transparent and experiential consumer journey. The Rogue City Hotel Group seeks to effortlessly combine heritage properties full of character in outstanding locations with all the modern amenities expected of a luxury hotel. Led by Nassar Khalil, the former COO for Royal Luxury Hotels and the Operations Director of the group now known as Nadler Hotels, the Rogue City Hotel Group seeks to align with consumers increasing appetite for local experiences that enhance their hotel stay. Thus, every Rogue City Hotel Group property will be fully in-tune with their surroundings, ensuring that guests feel fully at home but embrace the experiential nature of staying at a hotel. These experiences will champion the local independent producer; showcasing the very best of the idyllic locations that Rogue City Hotel Group will call their home.

The Hobson in Cambridge, a former police station and Grade listed building, will be a stunning property of 59 spectacular hotel suites. Located on the bustling St Andrew’s street on the banks of the River Cam, The Hobson will provide the perfect base from which to explore one of Britain’s most famous cities. Adding to the group’s Scottish portfolio, The Wellington continues the trend for Grade listed properties. Dating back to 1878 when the property housed a courthouse and a few years later when it held the law classrooms of St Mungo’s, the Wellington’s diverse history will be translated in to 100 beautifully designed suites and offer city accommodation that embraces the history and rejuvenation of Glasgow.

The already established and renowned Highlands property of Dunalastair Hotel Suites sets the standard in Rogue City Hotel Group’s calibre of superb properties. Featuring four superior rooms and 28 suites along with stunning facilities for exclusive events including weddings, product launches and other corporate functions.

The property was built in 1881 by General Macdonald and retains many of the original features. The hotel attracts a global audience who are seeking the outstanding natural beauty of the surrounding landscape combined with the superb five-star hospitality offered by the hotel.

CEO Nassar Khalil comments “I co-founded Rogue City Hotel Group to disrupt the status quo in conventional hospitality by delivering an alternative luxury hotel brand that fully aligns its interest with that of its guests. Our primary focus is to make design-led luxury accommodation and exceptional service accessible to all demographics through an affordable pricing policy. The ethos and philosophy of Rogue City Hotel Group is one of transparency, exceptional service and a consumer experience that embraces the locations of our properties.”
