Hosco joins Preferred Hotels & Resorts alliance partner program

The partnership will support the talent attraction and recruitment needs of +200 Preferred Hotels & Resorts member properties in the EMEA region.
Hosco, the hospitality network, has officially signed on as an Alliance Partner of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest independent hotel brand. The partnership will support the talent acquisition needs of the company’s +200 member hotels in the EMEA region. On Hosco, they will have the possibility to showcase their employer assets to better compete against other hotel companies in the hunt for the best hospitality professionals.

“We are thrilled to welcome Hosco to the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Alliance Partner program, as it helps us bring a smart, strategic HR solution to our member hotels across the EMEA region. By supporting our hotels’ talent attraction strategy, we are enhancing the excellent service that is extended to our loyal guests,” said Michael Osgood, Vice President of Alliance Partnerships at Preferred Hotels & Resorts. “We are excited to see how this new brand partnership with Hosco will help our hotels gain a competitive advantage and showcase their independent positioning and attractive employment opportunities on a global scale.”

On Hosco, member hotels will be accessible both independently and under the Preferred Hotels & Resorts umbrella. Being under this umbrella will help boost their recruitment brand and will also provide Hosco talent with an overview of all of the member hotel vacancies in EMEA. This is essential as for 40% of hospitality professionals brand reputation is one of the main factors when deciding to work or not for a company.

“We are delighted to launch this partnership with Preferred Hotels & Resorts as it is key to consolidate our position as the world’s leading hospitality network. Over the last few years, Hosco has experienced exponential growth. And now, +3,000 world-class employers, +250,000 professionals, and +250 hospitality schools are endorsing and using Hosco to meet and interact in the industry. It brings Hosco one step closer to uniting all hospitality stakeholders in one single place,” said Olivier Bracard, Co-founder, and CEO of Hosco.
